for BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC
By booking or using any service provided by BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC and its customers. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed only after both parties agree on the date, time, scope of work, and estimated price. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property’s size, condition, and the services requested.
If the actual condition of the property or the scope of work differs significantly from the original description, BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC reserves the right to adjust the final price before continuing the service. Any changes requested after the appointment has been confirmed may also result in additional charges or rescheduling, depending on availability.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing before the appointment.
For first-time clients, move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanings, large projects, or specialty services, BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If the property’s condition or the requested services differ from the original description, the final price may be adjusted with the client’s approval before additional work is performed.
Payment is not contingent upon a third party’s approval, property inspection, home sale, rental closing, or any future event unless otherwise agreed in writing before the service begins.
Additional services requested during the appointment will be billed separately and added to the final invoice.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if a cleaning team has already been scheduled or has traveled to the property.
If BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC is unable to perform the scheduled service due to severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest available date at no additional charge.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments may result in the refusal of future bookings.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
At BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any area included in your scheduled cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
We will gladly return to address the reported areas at no additional charge, provided the concerns are related to the original scope of work. This guarantee does not apply to additional services requested after the cleaning has been completed or to areas that were not included in the original service agreement.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning experience, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Ensure that running water and electricity are available during the service.

Inform us in advance of any pets, security systems, or special property access instructions.

Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning begins.

Inform us of any areas requiring special care or any existing damage prior to the service.
BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC is not responsible for delays or the inability to complete the service due to lack of access, unavailable utilities, unsafe working conditions, or information not disclosed before the appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
BuaBua EcoLux Cleaning LLC will exercise reasonable care while providing cleaning services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from defective or improperly installed items. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
